Project managed extensive renovations of a two bedroom condominium. Soured, scheduled and co-ordinated trades. Streamline costs to stay within allocated budget.

Source investors/ developers for raw land that is or can be rezoned to high density for multi-family developments. Project manage all stages, including the PLA to completion. Renovate commercial, retail and multi-family developments within the existing building foot print to highest and best use. Upon completion, market and sell the development.

Sourced and purchased distressed income producing properties to develop to highest and best use, such as: mobile home parks, strip malls/shopping centers, marinas, hotels, apartment blocks, industrial/warehouse, commercial/retail properties, etc. Investments were purchased by way of joint venture, syndication or sole shareholder. Assessed improvements needed, Project managed renovations /improvements, sourced tenants/purchasers/sellers, negotiated contracts, incorporated strata developments. Project managed numerous developments, simultaneously, until sold.
