About Shaunna Morgan

Shaunna MorganShaunna started her management career at the age of 17. Throughout the next 25 years, she honed her skills in sales, marketing, product and project management in all aspects of diversified services and products for small businesses, including her passion in real estate development which commenced in 1989, first as as a commercial investor acquiring multi-tenanted income producing properties throughout B.C. , Alta and Arizona and developing the properties as project manager to highest and best use before marketing and selling the project. She also acquired her commercial real estate licence in 1991 and assisted other investors to  buy, sell and improve their real estate portfolio for a higher R.O.I.

When the real estate market started to decline in the late 90’s, she suspended her real estate licence and joined forces with Van Isle Consulting as a  Project Manager in Real Estate Development and as a Commercial Real Estate Consultant. Being diversified in project management, she also started  assisting small businesses to increase the overall performance of their company and stream line operation costs, starting with their branding and preparing a marketing plan that can be performed in stages to work within their marketing budget. If they prefer, she will oversee and manage the marketing plan to ensure efficiency of costs and completion of each phase. She works with the unique personality of each client to develop all aspects of the business, including overseeing staff to achieve highest performance of the individual.  Product presentation and on line tools are an area Shaunna also enjoys developing and are vital for success to capture the market share over the competition.
